The popularity of this star print cannot be over emphasised  because we are all aware of it as Nigerians majorly and as Africans in general. This star print design has been a fashion trend for a very long time from the 90's maybe. This star print is what women from the eastern part of Nigeria rock when they attend their august meetings combined  with a lace blouse. For 2years now, the ankara has been trending among everyone from young people to the older generation although the crave for it is begining to die down bit by bit. Recently, i noticed even with the popularity of this ankara design, some people dont have it yet and i was one of them and its due to various reasons. For me, i became discouraged when i went to the market and the price was a bit on the high side in my opinion  which is okay because of the quality but i didn't want  Just one. I wanted to combine two to three different colours and 7000 naira was just too expensive in my opinion lol. For those who doesn't have a copy yet, I will be posting pictures of lovely styles with this star print to convince  you to own one its a very beautiful ankara print with a quality that will last you a long tym.

So back to my gist asides the fact that i couldnt afford buying the star print ankara the way i wanted to have it, i was discouraged again because the material was already everywhere and i wasnt one of the first to have it lol. On this fateful day i saw a mixed print version of this star print ankara an i t was love at first sight it wasnt all over the market atall just in a store. I .wasnt holding enough cash but i grabbed it. Funny enough when i went to the island market,  i saw it in very few stores as big as that market is.I saw it in just five stores. so here is my very on version. A low turtle neck gown with a Dior gold brooch and a pair of silver pump.
