ALL BLACK

The saying that 'black is beautiful' does not only apply to the skin and physical  appearance  of the coloured people because i have started using this term to describe an 'all black outfit'. Dressing in black is more than just having a litttle black dress...smiles... Yea colours represent different things and different moods but whatever anyone believes colour black represent i will continue rocking it anyways since i just fell inlove with it...wink.. It's not news that 99.9%  of everybody believes the colour black is associated with darkness, sorrow, etc but for me it represent boldness, edginess and being sassy and i believe people who are fashion conscious should feel thesame or even feel better. Wearing all black gives me the feeling that i can do stuffs  and get a away with it (not bad things o) i just get  this overwhelming confidence when am wearing all black outfit. Contrary to what people think when they see a person in all black outfit, the outfit is so empowering. I know when you see anyone in a black on black outfit, you will readily think the person is either going for a funeral or the person is depressed and this makes me wonder why its cool to wear red and black outfit and its sick to wear black on black if thats the case then, red and black shouldn't be tolerated because red represents danger so why is danger and sorrow  cool... laughing... dont mind me but seriously am just saying we should  change our perspective towards this all black dresscode.
Black is elegant and chick. Black is slimming, black looks good on all skin tones but please if you are very dark dont wear a charcoal black outfit go for a lighter  tone. Black looks good with all hair colours, black looks good on men as it does on women. After giving  you these many advantages of black on black outfit, there are also few rules to follow.
*The first rule is very important  and this is for my Naija paddy please always wear a black cotton material because colour black is known to generate heat and our weather is not very friendly even the harmattern is sunny...lol..
*vary the fabrics and texture. From the picture  above, my top is cotton and my skirt is leather with patterns on it. It will be boring if you just wear all cotton, all leather,all wool etc  its tricky to put together an all black outfit  it takes creativity.
*Also, when you want to step out in all black, make sure the shades are different  to prevent a boring look.
*On the fabric  note, make sure the fabric selection  is appropriate  with the weather. For instance,  i choose a turtle neck top because  its the hamattern season and its actually very cold this morning.
*Dont wear big cloth  so you wont look like a psycho. Since black is slimming, you have to take advantage of that and wear a well fitted outfit.
* Make your out fit more dressy or casual with simple  change of lipstick. Colour.
